One of the best things about living where we do, is that when it snows the whole place looks magical.
Kris and I have loved going out for long walks with the pupsters.
Daisy and Dylan really love bouncing about in the snow - amazingly funny to watch them!
The pictures are still on my phone..... but I will upload them as quick as I can.
It's Christmas Eve here...... we just love Christmas....
Wherever you are and whoever you are with, Merry Christmas. Enjoy your day whatever you end up doing.

Last of the Christmas cards....
well for this year anyway.
I have made lots and lots over the last few weeks at work, here are a few that I made for Daisy & Dandelion....I really do love the D&D range. Great fun to use if you are a beginner or experienced crafter.
Wait until you see some of the new things the range has planned for next year.
Let me know what you think of them.
Happy craftin'

The work continues......
in the house. At times I feel like the mess will never end!
I know it will be worth it in the end but boy do I wish they would just finish for now so that I can get some level of normality back...... not that this house is ever really normal! lol
I thought I better make a start on some thank you cards.
I really should make up lots of thank you cards so that I have a supply of them whenever I need some.
That's the plan anyway! lol

Woo hoo - at last
a card to show you all! lol
I have made quite a lot of cards over the last few weeks, it's just been a bit of a nightmare in this house to find a space to take some pictures!
Anyway, here is a little Daisy & Dandelion stepper card that I made at work yesterday.
I really do love that little bear (and I can't wait to get my hands on the penguins for next year!!).
I hope you like it.

Be inspired by nature
Ever since I was a little girl who would go on winter adventures with my Grandad, I have just loved this time of year.
Nature is a wonderful thing with so much beauty in it.
How can you not be inspired?
I love the colour of these berries - I discovered them when I was walking my two furballs through the woods close to our house.
It was a lovely walk with the leaves crisp under our feet (and of course I just had to kick them.... I love kicking through leaves at this time of year)
I'll be back very soon with some crafty things that I have been up to.
Love 'n' stuff

Crafting in chaos
Well the new windows are in and nearly finished........ the new kitchen is in and nearly finished ........ and next week they start on the livingroom!
Hence the title, you can imagine how hard it is to do any form of crafting in this mad house at the moment....
I am back to work next week after having the last two weeks off due to illness and boy will I be glad to go to work.
If nothing else it will be nice to sit somewhere that doesn't sound like a dentists drill all day!!
Here's a card to show you though....
I really love using blues, purples and silver and Christmas time.....
And here is some of the card in detail,
Whatever you are doing at the mo, have fun!

Guess what I have.....
Sorry I've not been around for a while, things have been so busy here.
I have made lots of cards to show you, I just need to get organised and take some pictures of them!
I have just been started on Tamiflu, so as you can imagine I am feeling a little bit rough.
I've been confined to the house this week and am off work.
Hopefully it will start to clear and I will get some energy back.
On the plus side, the workmen in my house have been working really hard and I now have my new windows and doors in, and the kitchen is getting done. Next will be the decorating - fingers crossed it will all look amazing for Christmas.
When it's finished I will take some piccies to share with you.
Here's a card that I made a few weeks ago.
I just love this decoupage sheet, it is so pretty. What you can't see from the picture is that the edges of the petals are foiled.
What ever you are doing today, have fun!
Happy crafting

Happy Halloween
I know I am a bit early, but I'll be away this weekend and I couldn't let the weekend pass without showing you the projects I made for Halloween. Here is a little gift bag made using the new bag templates from Do Crafts. The little cat is from Daisy & Dandelion, Pumpkin & Aubergine.
Filled with some sweets, it's just the right size for giving out to all the children who come a trick or treating.
Here is the card that I have made, again using the Halloween themed papers from Daisy & Dandelion.
Great fun with lots of papers that you can use for all different themes, great for cards for the men too!
Whatever you are doing this weekend have fun!
If you have made any Halloween projects, let us see them too.

Been a busy little bee...
I've been making lots of things, now I just need some decent light so that I can take some good pictures of them and then I can show them to you.
The first card class is this weekend so I am looking forward to that.
I'll be able to show you what we make after Sunday.
I'll be back soon....

Of my amazing new back ground.
Those of you who have followed my other blog will know that I am not the best when it comes to blogging.
For that I depend on my very good blogging guru - so a huge thank you to Jo for fixing my blog and making it look so good.
