I was asked by my MIL to make a 70th birthday card for one of her friends.
Here are some close ups of some of the details too.

Create and craft show

If you were watching the birthday celebrations and you saw the Do Craft and Forever Friends cds and kits (don't you think they looked amazing!!), you will have seen some of my cards.

Here are some of the samples that I made for the show.......

It was nice to see some of my work on the telly.
Whatever you are doing today I hope you have a great day.

Hi ho hi ho....

it's off to Inverness I go!
All packed up and ready to go, tomorrow I am off to Inverness for a demo on Saturday.
As always I am really looking forward to it. Lovely bunch of ladies up there.

I am demoing all the lastest goodies from Do Crafts.Very yummy!I love little owls....... and this little chap is very easy to make.
Great way of using up scraps of paper.

I'll be back on after the weekend with lots of piccies of my demo samples.
Have a great weekend.

Last week - more of the white stuff

Much as I love the snow, and it was very pretty to look at...... I really like the fact that it is now gone again!

But I really liked some of the pictures we took, so I thought I would just share this one with you.

Tick tock......

Why is it that no matter how well intended your plan is to get onto the blog and post....... things like life just get in the way.
I've been rushed off my feet with the house and the building work - then cleaning.... along with demos and all the prep work for them...

I need to get some new piccies taken and get them up here for you to see.
My fav thing of all the super things I have had done to the house is the dish washer!!
How did I ever survive without it!?!

The wonders of modern science! lol

I'll be back soon with some crafting projects.
Til then...........

Flip flop

I was asked to make a card for a friend of a friend...... the theme had to be flip flops!
This is what I came up with
They seemed to like it.
The straps of the flip flop are beads.

Oops!

I am really sorry!
How did the past few months disappear?
I have been really busy and I have been making lots of things to show you - now I just need to get some piccies taken and show them to you!

Watch this space - I'll be back soon!

Things have been busy....

I just don't know where the time has gone over January.
Just one more month that seems to fly by.

Here are some of the cards I made for my Do Crafts demo last weekend.I had such a great day with lots of lovely ladies, even the odd gent!
It was soooo much fun.
I made quite a few more (some of which can be seen over on my Do Crafts gallery).
Thanks for looking

This is rubbish!

The weather I mean...... because of it my demo was cancelled at the last moment....
Not so much cancelled more postponed............... the new date for it will be the 23rd January.
The stuff is all at the shop and the display is looking amazing (even if I do say so myself! lol).

It would be great to see you all if you can pop by.
I'll take some pictures of my samples so far over the next few days and pop them up.

Till then, stay warm and cosy!

I am exhausted!

I have spent the last 3 day merchandising the new stock to arrive from Do Crafts to Arts, Crafts & Hobbies in Leith.
There where 13 boxes!!!
But I did it, and it's all out and ready for my demo on Saturday.
There is some amazing stuff this loop - if you have a stockist near you go and give them a visit...

If you are around Leith on Saturday, come on by and say hello!
