For today I have made......

a create you own tunnel card.....
this is the view from the top,

they are a great way of getting lots of depth to your cards with the worry of lots of extra postage as the cards fold flat to go into the envelope.
I can see these being great to create some winter cave scenes - especially with the little penguins from Do Crafts (Percy and Penelope). They are uber cute and would love a little igloo made this way......... I think I feel another card having to be made! lol

When twins turn 60....

Sounds like this title should be for a film...... lol
I was asked to make a card for a friend of mine - well it was for her to give to her twin....
This was what I came up with,

I hope that both Helen and Kate have had a wonderful birthday....
Now I need to design a whole range of 'to my twin' cards....... (especially as I have twin sisters!!)...

Back soon with some more of the crafting I have been doing,

Christmas box shaker

This is one of the cards I have made for my demo's with Do Crafts.
The base of the card is created using one of their box cards (you can get this in either a create your own template or box kit).
As usual I just couldn't leave it alone......... so I made it into an easel card.
I like it this way...... what do you think?...

Here are a few close ups of some of the details....

Hope your enjoying the sunshine.....
Happy craftin'

Sweet like chocolate.....

This is one of my cards from the recent demos I have been doing for Do Crafts.
The card base is made from coredinations cardstock - chocolate brown on one side and raspberry on the other.
The sticker on the front is from the Born To Shop range.

Shame it's not edible!
Happy craftin'

Magic beans....

At Guide camp last week the central team were all magic beans!
One of my jobs as the arts adviser was to design the badges for us all to wear - this is what I came up with.
Of course, I was the purple bean!! lol
Great fun to create and even better when I got to see what people thought of their badges.

Could be a great theme for any party or hen night!
Give them a try with people that you know,
Have fun!

Time flies.....

when you are having fun!
I've been off at Guide camp - much laughter and fun had by all....... just really really tired now.
Here is a piccy that I took on my camera while I was sitting in my tent.....
Now normally I am the one behind the camera so there are not always a lot of pics with me in them, but this one I really like. I just like the way my hair is sitting - the hat was made for me by a very talented crafter up in Inverness...... I just love love love it.

Be back soon with some craftin to show you all.

Quilled snowflake

Here is a project that I have made for this weeks demo.
I have always loved quilling (mind you, I love to give any craft a try and can turn my hand to most things).

I'm away for the next week or so as I'll be at Guide camp (very exciting!! only a few more sleeps to go!).
But I'll be back very soon with lots of things to show you.

Til then, happy craftin'
