It's nice to have a gallery like that were you can look back over the many years and see how you develop as a crafter.
The card I wanted to share with you was a card from 2006..........
I must go back and look them out again.
I guess it's a reminder for me to have a good look through my stash - there are loads of things that I bet we all have that we used to death when we first bought them and then put them away, never to really see the light of day again!
Time to challenge yourself and get out the 'old' kit - make something new with it and see how much your style has changed or how your skills have developed.

I totally agree with you Nikki, it's interesting to look back on the cards you used to make and what you make now. Mind you there is so much more available to use now. It would be interesting to take a card from your past and make it again, but differently (if you see what I mean).
ReplyDeleteYour card is lovely Nikki, I just cringe when I look at most of my efforts from years ago, lol. I love the way you've created the numbers from the stamps. I'm sure I still have a couple of sets of those mini stamps somewhere.
ReplyDeleteI used to scrapbook regularly, though I have not touched a page in years (even though I've still got a room full of supplies!), but it's always fun to go back and look at my old albums, and especially see the difference between my very earliest pages and some of the later ones.
