A few weeks ago I was at the wonderful Letham craft shop - wow what a shop.... crammed to the roof with just about every crafty item you could think of...
Leave me there overnight and I would be one happy bunny!!!
Here are some of the cards/projects I made while I was there.....
I always love going up to Letham to visit....the shop is great, the staff are wonderful and the customers are just amazing.
All very friendly and welcoming.
Back again soon with some more to share....

Split Card Tutorial
I was asked to create a tutorial for this style of card at one of my demos recently.
You asked - so I did....... (please feel free to let me know if there are any other tutorials that you would like me to do and I'll add them to my list).......
I designed this one for a single sheet of A4.
I loved making this card - a great way to spend a couple of hours....
If you make it, please let me know - I would love to pop on over to your blog to see your card xxx

You asked - so I did....... (please feel free to let me know if there are any other tutorials that you would like me to do and I'll add them to my list).......
I designed this one for a single sheet of A4.
Using the template above, mark - score or cut as on the template.
Using the photo above and below to see how to fold over on your score lines.
Make sure all your scores are folded like this.
I made a second template and used that to cut out paper pieces to cover my base card (this also means that next time I make this type of card, I have all the pieces ready to go.
When you have fixed all the pieces into place, this is what it should look like. (make sure your pieces of paper don't go over your score lines).
Now the fun bit! Decorate your card! Remember not to put your embellishments over the score lines.
Here are the close ups......

Happy Easter
This will be my first of two posts today - just because I can!!!! lol
The other post I will pop on tonight and it will be a tutorial, so if you can, pop on back....
For this post I wanted to share my projects from the latest Creativity magazine.
I had a lot of fun creating Easter eggs and then the boxes to put them in.
What was really strange was that I was creating them and filling my kitchen with chocolate while the rest of the world was sitting down the their Christmas dinner..... lol
I really did have a lot of fun making them (although I don't think Kris was overly amused, as I kept asking him to help me with the chocolate).....
Did you make your own eggs this year?
Back again later....
Have an egggsrta crafty day x

Here is a little sneaky peek of the tutorial I will be back with later on........

Typography and Mr Dog...
Boy did these stamps sell out fast!
I love the typography stamps.... hopefully you managed to get the ones you where after.
They are great for using as the main feature or as an extra feature.
The numbers are still available and are fab too!!! Perfect for creating any number of age project.
And I just had to add a little bit of Mr Diggity Dog as well.....
The other piece of kit I loved using were the fringing scissors. I love them too.... they are great for adding the fringe detail onto card, but you can also use them for created fringed flowers too.
I'll do a tutorial on them at some point too.

Adding foils to a pen pot
I love using foils for lots of different decorations around my craft room, and the WOW foils are just amazing!
For this project I have used them to decorate my pen pot.
Here's how you make it.....
You will need a small metal bucket, some double sided tape and a selection of foils.
I used red, green and gold.
Wrap the double sided tape around the base of the bucket.

Take off all the backing from the double sided tape and add the foils.
I used the gold first and then filled in the gaps with the red and green.

It's a great way of jazzing up lots of things.
What will you add foils to today?

More of Hot Diggity...
Good morning!
Here are the cards that I wanted to share with you today.
They are some more of the cards that I made for the samples from the Do Crafts 4 day deal special offer on Create and Craft.
Hot Diggity and his friends are here to play.....
I love the element stickers that are loaded with glitter and glitz.... and the good news is that the glitter stays on the card and not on your hand!!!
I'm working on some samples for the next set of tv shows (sorry can't tell you what it is yet - but if you love the Do Crafts Digital Designer..... oh boy are you gonna love this one!!!!!).....
Back to it.......
Happy crafting, whatever you are doing....

Hot Diggity Dog...
Thank you very much to those who of you who have sent me messages on facebook or emailed me re the samples on the Create and Craft 4 day deal that Do Crafts are doing at the moment.
I was lucky enough to get my hands on the 4 day deal to create the samples for the show.
Lots of yummy papers, stamps and toppers.
Soooo much wonderful stuff that you really want to get your hands on.....
As I made quite a few cards, I thought I would split them up over a few days to show you....
That also helps me to make sure I still take part in the ultimate blog challenge and post every day this month.....
(thank goodness for scheduled postings!)...
Mini cards are all the rage at the moment and I love them!
They are great for showing at my demos and I love making them to send to people too......
Hopefully this snow that we have today will leave soon - a great day for crafting....

April's 'Ultimate Blog Challenge'
I've signed up to take part in the ultimate blog challenge for April - why don't you come on over and join us!!!
Every day you get sent a blog post reminder, along with lots of helpful hints and tips for keeping your blogging fresh and up to date.
I'm looking forward to taking part and bringing you lots of new projects and tutorials along the way.
I have the ideas all ready to go..... 30 days worth! lol
So for today, here is the card I wanted to share with you..................
This card is made using one of the wonderful Micheal Powell prints from Do Crafts.
He is such a talented artist (and a wonderful man as well!).
I love his quirky images and just wait til you see all the stuff Do Crafts are bringing out with him over the year..... I am so excited about working with it all.....
The little flowers are created using a Do Crafts mini punch. When you have punched out the flowers, give them some life by embossing the petals.
What craftyness have you been up to today?
